Support

Jake is constantly evolving. We intend to provide code that is as bug free as possible, but every now and then you may encounter issues that we haven’t originally addressed, or think of features we haven’t thought of ourselves. If that’s the case, all you have to do is to report a support request for us to look at.

Jake Trac

We receive bug reports, requests for enhancements, and general support requests at Jake Trac. When you have a new issue you want to report, click the appropiate issue category (Bug, Support, Patch or Feature Request), then click Submit New. You’ll need to have a user account at our development server, if you don’t have one sign up.

Jake Forums

We also have a place where you can ask us questions, or discuss issues with other Jake users. Go to Jake Forums and start a new thread on the appropiate forum. You’ll need to have a user account at our development server, if you don’t have one sign up.
