Support

Drake is, like almost any open source project, a work in progress. We try to provide code that is as bug free as possible, but every now and then you may find issues that we haven’t addressed first, or you could also be thinking of features we haven’t thought of ourselves. If that’s the case, all you have to do is to report a support request for us to look at.

Drake Trac

We receive bug reports, requests for enhancements, and general support requests at Drake Trac. When you have an issue, go to Drake Trac, click on Submit, and then select the appropiate issue category (Bug, Support, Patch or Feature Request), and fill out the rest of the details. You’ll need to have a user account at our development server, if you don’t have one sign up.
